DEADLIFE, reaching the edge of the city on the road to Biocorp, is confronted by a stranger before he reaches his destination. A sleek, powerful entity with red eyes lies before him. She tells him to stop his meaningless search for the truth over a simple human girl. DEADLIFE attacks her.
She is tremendously powerful, and DEADLIFE finds himself no match for her. After she defeats him, she asks him who he thinks he is and if he remembers his name. He tells her his name is DEADLIFE. She says she is disappointed hearing his answers as that isn't who he really is, but if he really must know the truth she will not stop him, and will find his answers in the vault of Biocorp. She tells him Fira never cared for him, he is simply a robot to her. She vanishes, leaving DEADLIFE battered and burnt on the floor.
lyrics
All I see darkness.
All I see is darkness.
This dread creeps over me.
All I see is blackness, filling my veins with despair.
A deep void opens up.
And swallows me whole.
Down I go, deep down.
I fall to dust.
Can't you feel it next to you?
Right beside you.
I can see it, can't you?
Where the hell am I?
It's hard to pick a favourite track. This is the only album i have so far deemed as "perfect", where every track, even the intro, is just a masterpiece in its own right. From the hard hitting Perturbator's Theme to the emotional title track, its 68 minutes of perfection. 10/10. connivingkhajiit
